Film: Solomon and Sheba. Biblical epic, the story of Solomon, hero of the Israelites, his conflict
with the Egyptians and his relationship with the Queen of Sheba. 2.40pm BBC2
The Moral Maze (5/7). Repeat. Michael Buerk chairs a debate in which panellists Melanie Phillips,
Martin Portillo, Clifford Longley and Claire Fox cross-examine expert witness on the moral issues
behind the weeks news. 10.15pm R4
Film: Wise Blood. The son of a hellfire revivalist preacher returns from army service to his home
town in the Bible Belt of America to set up The Church of Truth without Jesus Christ. 1am BBC2
