The Archers and ethical issues

One of our subscribers to the events-list tells me that there is a strong
religious theme in The Archers at the moment on Radio 4.  It
concerns a young woman, Helen, whose partner committed suicide last year.
She turned, rather hesitantly, to the vicar and the Church for support. I
understand it’s an interesting theme as she has become concerned with
ethical issues via the parish Lent discussion groups.
