parishes.  Key speaker: Peter Jones, Development Director of Biffa Waste

Saturday 4th                3.00 pm Collation and welcome service for the
new Archdeacon of Ely, the Ven John Beer, at Great St Mary’s Church,
Cambridge.

Tuesday 7th                     10.00 am – 4.00 pm Open Quiet Day led by the
Ven John Beer held at St Francis House.  £15 inc lunch and refreshments. For

Wednesday 8th           9.30 am – 4.30 pm.  Introduction to Safeguarding
Children   A one and a half day course to develop basic knowledge to
identify and respond appropriately to concerns about children’s safety and
well being. Held at Hemingford Pavilion.  Second day finishes at 1.30 pm.
