[Ely Announce] publicising events in the diocese

Now that the Ely Ensign is no more, parishes and other groups may find 
it harder to publicise events throughout the diocese.

It may help to remind people of the existence of 'events-list' -- an 
email list for distributing notices of forthcoming events in the diocese 
of Ely. 'events-list' is not a discussion list, and posts to it are 
moderated before distribution. Messages should be brief and to the 
point, and should include the contact details of the poster and/or for 
the event.

To post details of a forthcoming event to the list simply send the 
details to
  events-list at ely.anglican.org
