[Ely Announce] Tarmac

Clergy in the Norwich diocese have reported having problems with a firm
called County Highways of Oldham who have been approaching churches about
tarmacking (that word never looks right, perhaps I should say tarmacadaming)
drives and pathways. Apparently their sales pitch is somewhat questionable.
Two Anglican clergy have been duped over the pricing, as has a Methodist
minister. Part of the problem is that they imply that they are part of the
local County Council - which they are not. Trading Standards are aware and
warn against them.
