[Ely Announce] Appointment of half-time Fresh Expressions Advisor

The Bishop of Ely is pleased to announce the appointment of the Revd David
Male as half-time Diocesan Fresh Expressions Advisor in the Diocese of Ely.



This appointment, approved by the Bishop's Council in February, is made
possible by funding for mission initiatives from the Church Commissioners.
David is presently vicar of 'The Net' Church in Huddersfield, a 'network
style' church which he has pioneered and developed over the last seven
years.  During the other half of his time in this diocese he will be
employed by Westcott House and Ridley Hall as Tutor in Pioneer Mission
Training. 

 

David will be licensed in the Cathedral at the Diocesan Synod
Eucharist at 9.30am on Saturday 21 October 2006.
