[Ely Announce] Appointment of new Rural Dean of Huntingdon

The Bishop of Ely is pleased to announce the appointment of the Reverend Canon Dr. Margaret Guite as the new Rural Dean of Huntingdon.  The new Rural Deanery of Huntingdon comprises the former Rural Deaneries of Huntingdon and Leightonstone.

Canon Jonathan Young will act as assistant Rural Dean, and for the time being the two Lay Chairs of the former Deaneries will continue to act jointly in the new Deanery.

Details of Maggie Guite's commissioning will follow in due course.
