Join Sam Wells and the staff of Westcott House, Cambridge, for a one-
day conference focused on the challenges of ministry in today's 
context. The day will consist of sessions with Sam Wells discussing 
the topics of mission, ministry and money. The day is also an 
opportunity for seeing old friends and making new ones, and will 
include a sit-down lunch, tea and coffee breaks, and plenty of time 
for interaction in the congenial surroundings of Westcott House.
Registration (with tea, coffee and croissants) will be from 9:00 am.
The first session will begin at 10:00 am, and the conference will end 
with tea at 3:30 pm.

The cost is £30, which includes all materials, lunch and refreshments.

The Rev'd Canon Dr Sam Wells is Dean of the Chapel at Duke University 
in Durham, North Carolina, where he preaches weekly to a congregation 
of 1,600. He provides leadership to the several thousand students 
involved in religious life at Duke, and is also Research Professor in 
Christian Ethics. Sam Wells is Canon Theologian at Chichester 
Cathedral, and was previously a parish priest in Norwich and 
Cambridge. He is the author of such books as Improvisation: The Drama 
of Christian Ethics, and Power and Passion (the Archbishop of 
Canterbury's 2007 Lent Book). He co-edited The Blackwell Companion to 
Christian Ethics with Stanley Hauerwas, and most recently co-edited, 
with Sarah Coakley, Praying for England: The Heart of the Church.
