Saturday 15th              9.00 am – 12.00 pm Faith in the Countryside
2005 – a training course run by St Albans Diocese and Bedfordshire Rural
Communities Charity. Held at the BRCC Offices at the Old School, Cardington,
near Bedford. Includes a farm visit and a morning at a vegetable processing

Wednesday 19th         10.00 am – 4.00 pm Godly Play Basic Study Day held at
Trumpington Vicarage, Cambridge. A basic introduction to Godly Play through
the experience and response to stories told in a purpose-made Godly Play
room and reflection on that experience. Cost is £20 (£15 each for more than
one person from the same organisation). Includes lunch, handouts and

Saturday 22nd              10.00 am – 3.30 pm Children’s and Evangelism
Training Day. A day of workshops and resources including workshops on
Bringing the Bible to life through drama, puppets, teaching the Bible
through music, and Godly Play. Held at Histon Baptist Church, Histon,

Sunday 23rd                 3.45 pm Education Sunday.  Choral Evensong of
Celebration and Thanksgiving for Education Sunday held at Ely Cathedral.
Theme: "A More Excellent Way: The Vocation to Teach".

Monday 24th                      7.30 pm – 9.30 pm Diocesan Child Protection
Training Evening. Training for those who need to know the basics of child
protection in the work they undertake for the Church. Open to anyone, lay,
ordained, paid or voluntary. Admission free, but please enrol in advance.
