[Ely Announce] The Revd John (Jack) Mawhinney Woods

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of the Reverend Canon Jack Woods who passed away yesterday 8th June.

Jack had served as incumbent at Walpole St Peter from 1960 - 1975.  Having retired in 1985 Jack continued to be an Honorary Canon St Andrew's Cathedral in Inverness.

A funeral service will be held at Walpole St Peter Church, 11.00 am on Tuesday 16th June.
