[Ely Announce] Farewell to Bishop John

Farewell to Bishop John: There will be an opportunity for the Diocese to bid farewell to Bishop John, Denise, Eleanor and Olivia on Saturday 1st December 2007, when he will preside at a Eucharist in the Cathedral. The service will begin at 2 p.m. Clergy are warmly invited to robe (red stole).

 

Presentation: To express the gratitude of the Diocese for Bishop John's ministry here and to wish him and Denise well as they move to Worcester, a presentation will be made on Saturday 1st December. I would be grateful if those who would like to be associated with this presentation could send donations to this office, c/o Mrs Sarah King. Cheques should be made payable to 'The Bishop of Ely's General Fund'.
