[Ely Announce] Mr Jim Sharp of Denver

Mr. Jim Sharp of Denver in Norfolk -  died on Monday 15th May,  He was 89 years of age and well-known and respected in rural circles.

A funeral service will take place on Friday, 26th May at 2 p.m. at St. Mary's Church, Denver.

He leaves a widow, Mrs. Edna Sharp.

Jim will be particularly remembered for saving Denver Mill.  He and his wife, Edna, created Bates Wood at Denver.
