[Ely Announce] Terrorist attacks on London

Statement from the Bishop of Ely, Dr Anthony Russell, with regard to the
series of terrorist attacks on London today.

 “Our thoughts and prayers are with those caught up in the terrorist attacks
on London.  We are deeply shocked and aware that many people will be anxious
to hear news about their relatives and friends.  Our prayers are with them
as they are with members of the emergency services, personnel, doctors and
nurses in the London Hospitals.  We await further news, but in the meantime
are calling on all parish churches to hold special prayers for all those
people who have been affected.”
