[Ely Announce] New Rural Dean

The Bishop of Ely is pleased to announce the appointment of the Reverend James William Mather, Rector of Downham Market and Crimplesham with Stradsett as also Rural Dean of Fincham and Feltwell to succeed the Reverend Canon David Kightley.  The appointment, which is for a period of five years, takes effect immediately.

 

James will be commissioned by the Archdeacon of Huntingdon & Wisbech on Wednesday, 8th March 2006 at 7.30 p.m. in St. Edmund's Church, Downham Market.
