Retirement Announcement - The Revd Canon Christine Sindall
30th April 2007The Benefices of Ashley with Silverley, Cheveley, Kirtling, Woodditton with Saxon Street will become vacant on the 31st July 2007 upon the retirement of the Reverend Canon Christine Sindall. Christine will also cease to be Rural Dean of Linton and Bishop’s Adviser for Women’s Ministry upon retirement. Christine, who was ordained priest in the Ely Diocese in 1994, will retire to Northumberland with her husband Denis. Her last Sunday in the parishes will be the 1st July 2007, following which the Bishop has granted her the usual one month’s pre-retirement leave. Mrs Sarah King |
