Diocesan Surveyor’s Department
Our Diocesan Surveyor is Stephen Layton and his department is responsible for the maintenance of clergy housing, the provision and design of replacement houses and capital works schemes to existing houses. We also look after Church of England Pensions Board property within the Diocese of Ely.
From time to time the Diocese of Ely rents out some of its parsonage houses on a six monthly tenancy. If you are looking for a four bedroom house to let for a short period (normally six months), please contact Mrs Stella Green at the Diocesan Office on 01353 652704.
Access to FAQs, emergency numbers and our policy documents can be found below. Periodically, we will post additional information which we hope will be of help to those living in diocesan property.
