Noel Richards has been involved in Christian music and worship for over thirty years. For most of this time he, with his wife, Tricia, has been a part of the contemporary worship movement and have written many of our modern hymns and songs used in church worship today. Perhaps the best known of these is ‘All Heaven Declares.’

Together they have been involved in events in local churches, concert halls and football stadiums. In 1997, they were on the leadership team that organised the UK's largest worship event which drew almost 45,000 people to London's Wembley Stadium. In 2006, Noel led an international worship gathering at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin that gathered participants and attendees from 42 nations.

Noel has recorded eight solo albums, and appeared on numerous ‘live’ worship event/compilation CDs. Tricia has also written and recorded an album featuring some of her poems. Noel continues to lead worship, write and encourage songwriters, musicians and worship leaders.

On October 11th, I have arranged for Noel and Tricia Richards to be in our diocese to perform live in concert at St John’s Church, in Stanground, Peterborough for just one night only. They will be singing some of their most popular worship songs, introducing brand-new material and sharing the Christian faith in an enjoyable evening of stories, poems, laughter, music and praise. You can sing along using the big screen used at Rave in the Nave, and Noel will also be happy to meet you after the concert for a chat.

Tickets for this concert cost £6 per person. Numbers are strictly limited to 250 people so to reserve your tickets please contact me at david.waters@ely.anglican.org or telephone 01733 24 24 60.
