In 2010... I will be leading an exciting activity weekend for young people (aged fourteen to nineteen) from churches across the diocese of Ely. This new two-day adventure will take place on July 10th and 11th at the Mepal Outdoor Centre near Ely.

Activities will include sailing, raft building, orienteering, archery, climbing, and paintball as well of course as worship and discussions in the evening. All of the outdoor activities will be run by CRB-checked, fully trained instructors, (all experts in their field of work) who accept total responsibility for safety during the weekend.

The cost of this exciting two-day youth weekend? Just £90 per person - and this includes all bedding, catering, activity costs and equipment hire.

However..... all of our existing youth council members (or those who sign up to join Youth Council before November 30th) will pay....... nothing! Oh....Yessss! A whole weekend of fun and activities for free! But only if you join our new youth council and attend three meetings a year (on a Saturday). These days consist of worship, discussions and a fun activity like bowling, karting etc.

There are only 12 places available on my activity weekend, so if you know a young person who would like to take part, then get back to me as soon as possible!
