| 2002 | The Future of Food and Farming in the Countryside – a regional day conference on behalf of the East of England Churches Network. |
| 2003 | Cultivating Hope – a follow up conference which contributed to the regional plan for sustainability in the farming industry. |
| 2004 | Ministering to Travelling Communities – a CME Training Day for clergy and lay people held at Cottenham, leading to an advice leaflet: Travellers and the Church - a Christian response. |

Regional Social Responsibility Network Consultation at Ely. Current Issues in Mental Health – a day conference in Cambridge. Caring for Elderly Parents - a day conference in Ely. |
| 2006 | Pioneering Community - Church in new housing areas - a day conference held at Cambourne. |
| 2007 | The Hidden World of Labour Slavery in Britain - a day conference held in Ely. |
| 2008 | Circles of Support and Accountability Consultation and Workshop. This has led to the formation of a Circles East group to support sex offenders post release. |

Autism, the Church, and the Community – a day conference held in Histon. Fairtrade status for Ely Diocese achieved. |

Second Community engagement evening at Cambridge Crown Court with the Chaplaincy to People at Work, Cambridgeshire. Beyond Prison – Lecture by Dame Anne Owers, formerly H.M. Chief Inspector of Prisons. |
